Hi everyone i have only joined slimming world two days ago . i'm new to Gluten free too so finding it a bit overwhelming. today i had a level tbsp of Asda free from (gluten free) (dairy free) (egg free) Salad cream and i cant find out how many sins it is? i messaged my consultant and she didn't know and i wondered if anyone on here could help ? tia x

From what I've worked out using the Syns Calculator of the SW website (best thing ever when you can't find something on the Syns Online section!)
It's 2 syns per 15g serving.

As for how many grams are in a tbsp, you'd have to work that part out
Maybe next time you use it, just weigh your tbsp?
