Can anyone tell me how many syns are in the iceland mini new york and salted caramel cheesecakes please, accidentally ate two and feeling really guilty now just hoping I haven't gone over my syn allowance. All i know is one is 86 cals and the other flavour is 85 cals. Any help would be massively appreciated, thanks in advance.

Thanks sarah for your help, they are the mini cheesecakes but ive found equivalent in my syn directory book although its from 2012 but feeling rather naughty now, been back on track today though thanks again

I assumed that the top ones, the individual ones, would be the mini cheesecakes? I assumed that because the rest of the listings all state the Syns for a portion of a large cheesecake.
Obviously not if you've found them elsewhere lol
