I wonder if someone would please work out the syns for lidle meatballs
Cals-179, fat 12.0g, saturated fat 5.7g, carbs 2.1g, sugar 0.6g, fibre 0.5g, protein 15.4g, - I didn't know what was needed for the online calculator so I listed everything. This info is for 100g.

To find out, I'd also need the very first listed ingredient on the ingredients list (I'm assuming it's meat, but does it specify whether it's 5% fat or not?)
Also, how big is the overall package size?

Hi Sarahc4536. First ingredient is 90% beef, it's not less then 5% unfortunately pack size is 360g made up of 12 meatballs, l only had 3 surely they can't be that much (I hope!!!!).

It works out at 32 Syns per package.
Mince Beef can be up to 7 Syns per 100g for 20-25% fat, plus whatever else is in them it all adds up

I've worked it out at 2.7 Syns per meatball, and 8 Syns for 3 meatballs

Wow!!!!!! That is quite a lot, I didn't have any other syns yesterday, so I'm still ok. (mental note to self - get less than 5% fat next time lol)
