Aldi malted bloomer
Anyone know the syns on this as it's not listed on slimming world website. I'm hoping 1 slice is a heb . Fingers crossed

Can you post the nutritional information and the ingredients list? Is it wholemeal or just brown bread?
I don't think it's a B choice, but I can get to work out the Syns.

Also, the overall weight of the bread.
Is the nutritional info above for 100g, or a portion? What's the portion size allocated?

I still can't find the ingredients list to be able to use the Syns Calculator
Looking at similar items on the SW Syns Online section, there is only one brand of malted bread that is a B choice, and that's the Hobis Nimble Malted Wholegrain Bread 400g loaf (2 slices)
If the Aldi one is definitely wholemeal, I would say 2.5 Syns per slice at least.

Yes I looked at that website. As I said, it doesn't list the actual ingredients in the bread, just the nutritional information
But, using the nutritional information stated, it's 6.5 Syns per serving (1 slice)
