Sorry to be a nuisance--wondering how many syns per level tbsp of Patak's Rogan Josh Curry Paste? Is the Sainsbury's own one any different?

Planning out my freezer cooking day on Sunday and trying to work out how many syns will be in everything so that I can do some portion control :P

2 Syns per tbsp of Pataks, and sainsburys is 1 syn per tbsp
