I'm making (or should I say, my partner is making!) fajitas for tea tonight. He does them in the slow cooker with lots of veg, and they are absolutely delicious! I was just wondering if anyone could give me the syn value of the seasoning please? It's a 30g bag and he usually puts it all in. It will serve 5people.

I'd say 1/4 of the packet was 1 syn, as it's 23 calories. so a bit less than that for 1/5. To be perfectly honest I personally wouldn't syn it, or call it half.

I would personally count the 0.5 syn if I was on plan, otherwise I start 'forgetting' to syn other things and I end up back off plan slowly!
