Hi I've looked on every forum I know & in my new SW food directory for the syn value of
Aldi eat right Stacker potato crisps. They're Aldis equivalent of Pringles and sell in a red tube.
Any idea's please?
Thanks x

I've just looked at the SW app again, and they're called 'Aldi Snackrite Stackers' I can't find the plain ones, but the BBQ and the Salt & Vinegar are showing at 7 syns per 25g.

You can use the 20 calories per 1 syn to work it out - this rule ONLY applies to items that don't contain any form of free food, so crisps, chocolate, cakes, etc.

Hi that's great thanks for looking that up for me sorry I got the name wrong ( again ) I just glanced them on the shelf in Aldi earlier, also I didnt know about the 20 cals per syn conversion, I've just been reading up on it I'll definately utilise that. I'm doing so well ( 12lbs off so far ) I'm just looking to vary my Syns a little, to of set any chance of boredom
