My advice would be:

Starter - either the Tikka Skewers or prawn cocktail. Tikka being the lowest I would imagine.

Main - I'd go for any plain steak, and choose the jacket or boiled potatoes. I'd maybe ask for them to leave off the onion rings if the menu states they come with (reduces the temptation!) and if you're a fan of mushrooms, check how they cook them first. If they're fried I'd count 6 Syns for oil.
Might be worth doing the same about the steak too - sometimes they're cooked with a bit of oil.
Don't forget you can always ask for any dressings to be on the side.

Does that help??

I'd chose the prawn cocktail. Make sure the salad served with it has no coleslaw/potato salad etc. and instead of the marie rose rose I would ask for a few wedges of lemon to squeeze over the prawns and the salad.

For my main I would chose the fillet steaks served with a large salad (and lemon wedges) instead of the tomatoes etc. which will probably be fried. You could have the jacket potato too of course.
