Hi Syns in Heinz Weight watchers soup?

Hi I've got a few cans of Heinz weight watchers soup ( chicken noodle ) in my cupboard, the result of an opitistic shopping trip a few months ago I think, anyway its says they're Fat Free and I think 88 cals
Can anyone please give me the syn value?

I don't think I'll bother, have you seen it?
its just ciicken water with a few noodles in it. I thought " fat free, " it would be bound to be virtually zero.

Well done on your loss Jessie

'Fat free' doesn't alway mean almost 0 syns. Not everything has the right stuff in it, and a lot of the soups have some form of oil or some form of sugar in them sometimes.
There are some that can be classed as your B choice, but you're probably better to make your own! More filling that way too

I got tbe Fat free thing a bit Mudd!ed, I'm taking nothing at face value from now on though, I'll keep double checking.
