Hi all,

I'm new to the site so not to sure where to ask these questions... I have had a little look around and i haven't seen anything on it

Does anyone know how many syns are in whole/hald a tub of Sainsburys Chicken and Sweetcorn soup and Sainsburys Tomato and basil soup? I don't eat them regularly... i find them handy for when i've forgot to prepare food for work... now im joining SW im not sure if i can have them or if they're worth in in syns

i've found the nutritional info if it helps....
