Anyone know the syns for the Iceland slimming world chicken chow mein on a green day please? Do you think it would be free if I use the chicken content as HEB choice??

It seems that SW have removed the syn listing they had for the Iceland meals on red and green days, but I'll have a proper look for you in about an hour.

As for using the chicken as your b choice I would say no purely because you don't know the weight of the chicken.

Thanks.. Really appreciate you taking the time to look. I've already bought the chicken chow mein so need to use it. As a last resort I can pick out the chicken and weigh it as they are quite large chunks. That way I can make sure only 113g is used as HEB choice and either syn any extra chicken or feed it to my husband! lol

Yes, I heard that they no longer acknowledge the old plan. They only support the extra easy now. Which I think it so wrong! Don't worry I will weigh the chicken in it and work it out myself. Thanks anyway for your time. Much appreciated.
