Hi are any of these still free?

None of the super rice are free. Since they changed them to the 'Cooks Quicker' packets, they are no longer syn free. The lowest are the chinese, chicken, curry, spicy mexican and golden vegetable at 1.5 syns each, and the beef one is 2 syns. (Syns are for the whole packet so if you are splitting it they aren't bad at all for 1 syns for half a pack)

The Pasta N Sauce some are free (the High veg packs, chicken & mushroom and cheese & broccoli)
The tomato and herb one is 2.5 and the cheese leek & ham is 1 syn (both for the whole packet)
The Pasta N Sauce syn values are based on it being made up with just water, excluding both milk and butter.

Wow that's such a shame on the rice when did it change?
Its only the cheese and broccoli I use any way but the rice is good for a quick meal

Hi ive just found in my cupboard aldi pasta and sauce tomato onion and herb and aldi everyday essential golden vegetable savoury rice can you advise me of the syn value thank you

I can't remember when the Batchelors rices changed - it was quite a while ago. Whenever you noticed the new packets with the 'Cooks Faster' thing in the top corner lol
I have still found some of the free packets in Iceland and B&M, so it may be worth looking for those. As long as they don't say 'Cooks Faster' on a little red banner at in the top corner they are free (not sure how available they are now though!!)
