Hi I have looked up syn Vale of my yogurt and it's 1.5 for the whole 400g pot I had half yesterday and half today do.I class that as 1.5 syn both days........ thanks x

I'd count 1 syn per day. If you've eaten half at a time you'd split the total syn value, but as that would work out at 0.75 Syns I would round it up x
