Does anyone know the syn values for these? I have the chicken flavour
1.5 Syns when made as directed for a 120g pack
Anything processed will have added ingredients such as sugar and oil, so it's always best to check bexf86

Plain rice and pastas are free - as Ali said, once you go for the flavoured ones you need to check the syn values, like the batchelors savoury/super rice and the pasta and sauce. Also the Tilda and Uncle Ben's style rices.
And fresh pasta and noodles.
