Just joined the forum today, started SW diet this week. Can anyone please tell me the syn value of muller light yogurt. They used to be free but not sure now. Thanks

They're still free but I think there's a few exemptions, I'll check!

All standard mullerlights are free except the one with the cherry underlayer (1) the 2 cheesecake inspired (1) and the key lime pie (1). The Greek style and fruitolpolis are 0.5 each

That was quick thank you very much. Also can you please tell me the syn value of the Batchelors pasta and sauce. I make this up then mix three eggs with it and bake in oven. It's lovely and filling with a big salad.

Made without the milk & butter the cheese & broccoli, chicken & mushroom and high-veg are free.
The leek, cheese & ham is 1, tomato & herb is 2.5, pesto is 2, macaroni cheese is 1.5, and smokey cheese & pancetta is 5. All Syn values are if made without milk & butter
