There is a FB group called Syns allowed which post syn values and the chicken heck sausages are half a syn each

3 Syns each.

There's always people on here willing to provide syn values, and it's useful for other members to be able to see them too.

I've heard that the Syns Allowed page on FB isn't always accurate. (I don't follow it myself as I just use the usual SW books and website to find Syns)
