Is this a diet drink?

Hi They sell diet pepsi here but that's the only thing with diet written on it. I found this orangeade and I don't have any pepsi to compare the nutritional data with. So, would you class this as a diet drink? I think it is but I want to check!

Derby Orangeade 3 litres

Per 100 ml is: 1 cal, Fat 0g so the whole bottle would be 30 cals

Thanks

It's not the fat that you would need to look at, it would be the whole list of nutritional information: cals, protein, carbs, and fat.
Using those is the only way to calculate the syn value.

Looking at the SW website, it says that Orangeade is 4.5 syns per 250ml.
If it says on it 'No Added Sugar' then it will be free.

I would consider it free to be honest - but depends how much you're drinking? The only fizzy stuff I drink is sparkling water which is probably the freest thing you can drink and cloudy ginger ale when I have it in rum - that definitely isn't free haha! But judging by the calories and fat content I would say it's free - if you want to put the nutritional info up I will check the syn calculator for you

I'd class it as free as its 1.5 syns per bottle and you're not going to drink it all in a day!

Sorry, I should have said - everything says 0% except carbohydrates which is 0.2% per 100ml.

I love my fizzy drinks except fizzy water which I find bitter for some reason

I'd go with the rest and count it as diet then
