OK, how much P and how much S should I have? And what are they basically please? Just made the sauce for the lasagne - with meat! Yay!!!!!!!!!! Now let's see if I ruin it later with my SW bechamel sauce - 0%, 2 eggs n nutmeg apparently. x

Your P foods are the meats, fish, beans, peas, ff cottage cheese, eggs, tofu, quorn. Crab sticks, oysters, cockles and caviar do not count as P foods though.
S foods are most of your fruit and veg. Parsnips, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweetcorn, bananas, cherries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, mango, lychees, pomegranates do not count as speed foods.
And it's still 1/3 Speed, 1/3 Protein, 1/3 carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, etc)
(It was easier to list the things that weren't S & P foods than what are!)
