Hi all. Still thinking about a lasagne. Can you help?

On a green day:

500g mince = 2 x hexb (168g)
syns for 332g mince = 24 syns
So that would work out as 6 syns plus 2 x hexb a portion

On a red day:

500g mince = free
hexb x 2 lasagne = 70g
syns for 85g lasagne would be????????????
