Hi! I seem to be on a Chinese 'thing' at the moment - making spring rolls and sweet n sour chicken tonight (will report back). Would love to make a Chinese satay sort of thing using peanut butter - any idea how many syns in a tablespoon please? And would that be heaped (oh yes) or level? Many thanks x

A level teaspoon is 1½ syns and a level tablespoon is 4½. Hope you had success with the sweet n sour

Ooh quite a lot in PB then. As for the S n S..................see my post under recipes called Disaster meal - title says it all really lol! I left the vodka alone tho - inhaled 3 chocolate marshmallows instead. Ah well, today is another day!!! Roast pork - surely I can't s***w that up. lol xxx

If u ever decide on sweet and sour again u could try the Fanta chicken is very similar to the diet coke.chicken but u use Fanta instead maybe try it and see what u think but I really like it and it's quite similar to sweet and sour

Ooh thank you pickledeggs (love your name by the way!). I've actually just come back from shopping and have 5 litres of orangeade - not Fanta, I'm not a millionaire - so I'll try that. We'll be having roast beef tomorrow night - but the next time we have chicken I'll try it - sounds yum! x

U might not like.it hun it's not exactly the same but sometimes it's enough to.satisfy a craving I.use cheap.orangeade too
