Hi, according to the SW page it's 1.5 syns per 25g - and not allowed as HEa.

I know philedelphia do a Light or lightest that can be used as a HEa.

You can have any plain light soft cheese so why not add your own garlic and herbs like I do. It's 75g for a HEa.

That's a really good idea! Do you use garlic granules or garlic cloves?

]Id add dried onion garlic and Italian style herbs but not loads maybe 1/4 tsp of each taste and add more if needed I find dried garlic pretty strong maybe try the raw stuff or roast a few cloves and maybe some red pepper red onion then blend add too cheese for a nice pate style spread yum

That sounds good mummybear. I too use garlic granules as fresh garlic is fiddly and goes off too quickly for me. You could in theory add anything you wanted to make it different flavours

I use the garlic salt and any herbs I fancy, and put those into the plain lightest Philly

There's usually a way to make the things you want free (or fall into the hex category!) that's what I love about SW!
