Hi does anyone know how many syns are in the M & S Meal for One range?

In our fridge we have a chicken arrabiatta and beef lasagne and can't find anything on SW online for the arrabiatta and two conflicting values on lasagne.

I don't have ready meals often but hubby wanted a Lasagne and it is weigh in tonight so I thought I'd have something quick and easy and tasty but don't want to blow it!

Can anyone help?

I got the nutritional info from My Fitness Pal (I am at work so don't have the packaging) and used the Syn Calculator, Lasagne is 21, Arrabiatta is 16.5 eek! Think I should re think my dinner!!
