Hi does anyone know the syns in the cooked chicken in sainsburys if i take the skin off?

Just would be handy to know the deli counter where they are freshley cooked, Thighs wings?

As far as I am aware, the chicken from the deli counter (in any supermarket) is free as long as you get the plain and remove the skin.
The extra tasty ones are usually coated in sugar, if not injected with flavour. Same with BBQ, spicy, etc.

great so if i get plain and take skinn of i can have as much as i want?

Just make sure you have some speed food with it too. I normally grab one of the boxes of plain salad with it
