Syns in Salad Cream?
Hi everyone.
Been a while but have been lurking
Can anyone tell me how many syns are in low fat salad cream?
Salad cream queen here
(I use it a lot! Lol)
I use the Tesco Healthy Living and that is 1 syn per tablespoon
Most other reduced fat ones are the same to be honest

Which brand salad cream are you using? When you say low fat does it say 30% less fat etc? I only ask because some are better than others
haha believe it or not I'm at Tesco right now. Was asking before I bought anything lol.
Thanks sarah. Is Tesco Healthy Living one the best to go for then?
Does the low fat one taste as nice?

1 Tablespoon of:
Heinz Light Salad Cream - 70% Less Fat = 1 Syn
Heinz Light Salad Cream - 30% Less Fat = 1.5 Syns
Can't say I notice the difference in taste. For the sake of half a syn you could go for the 30% less fat salad cream. I would imagine that's almost as good as the real think
Thanks guys. I went with sarah the salad cream queen and got the Tesco healthy living one
Taste isn't any different to full fat in my opinion. I've never noticed it anyway
I usually get that one (I don't see the point in paying an extra £2 for Heinz... It's no different!)
The Tesco Value one is apparently only 1 syn per tablespoon too, but I don't know if I've tried that or not...
I use tesco value salad cream and it's lovely and yes is only one syn
