Per 100g...?

Hi everybody,
May seem a stupid question but when I checked on syns online, Tesco Healthy Living natural fromage frais , it says free per 100g.
If just say I had the whole pot (more or less) would that be sinned as it would be more like 400g.
Please dont think im dim asking this

Anything that is free on the syns online feature onthe website (whether it states 28g, 1 tbsp, 100g) are always free. Even if you eat the entire pot.
