Hi. Does anyone know the syn value of tesco's Mediterranean couscous. It's the ready made tub. I didn't have time to make my lunch so bought this earlier. Thank you!!!

I'm not sure but I wouldn't imagine it is any more than 2/3 syns. Anyone on SW confirm?
