Hi, I've just started slimming world and I am trying to find the syn value of asda crispbread. Just wondered if anybody knew. Thanks in anticipation.

Is it the ryvita type one, or the wheat one?

I know you can have 3 Asda rye crispbread as a HEB

Can't find the syns yet though. I'll update if I find it.

I can't find them either but Ryvita crispbreads are 1 syn so reckon they are the same. Very much doubt they are less.

Hey ryvita crispbreads are actually 1.5syns.

You can also have 4 ryvita as a HEB
