I know this sounds like a stupid thing to ask but either depending on the way you cook things or when combining ingredients in a recipe, can the same raw ingredients change in syns depending on how you prepare it?
just wondering how people cope with counting syns when you make things from scratch and use a dozen ingredients?
I really don't know. Would like to know too.
Guessing it must have a bearing on it otherwise bread would be syn free the same as pasta :/
