Hi all I was just wondering.......
Am I right in thinking that the Pasta Mug Shots are FREE of syns on Extra Easy, provided you choose the flavours that are less than 1% fat, i.e
BBQ Beef
Chicken
Tomato and Herb etc
And that other flavours that are less than 2% fat are 2 syns?
Also does this apply for the Mug Shot on the Go, which are the same just in actual pots?
Asda at the moment are doing them on offer at the moment 5 for £3 and I wondered what the deal with them were?!
