Could anyone help me with the syns in this yogurt. I´m thinking its free but thought I´d better check.

I'm afraid the Onken fat free ones as I understand it have some hidden sugars lurking which makes them calorific. This is the syns from the Slimming World Website syn checker

Onken, Fat Free Yogurt Vanilla , 450g pot - 5 syns

Sorry to be bearer of bad news. Muller Lights are on the whole free yoghurts (some of the dessert flavours have a low syn value, also a couple of flavours of the Lidl Milbona yoghurts are also free, weight watchers have some free or low in syn too - hope some of those help)
