Did try skimmed and 1% for a while but it was only me that was using it, so back to using semi-skimmed 2% milk Do you know what is in 1%. Is there much difference between the two?

Syns in Milk

Per 100ml
1% Skimmed Milk = 2 Syns
2% Semi Skimmed Milk = 2.5 Syns
4% Full Fat Milk = 3.5 Syns

You'll get about 2 or 3 servings for coffee depending on how strong/milky you like it?
