I've got a bit of a thing about Batchelors Pasta 'n' Sauce at the moment. I love them Cheap, quick and easy I have them at work for lunch everyday I don't want to have to give them up now I'm thinking about going to Slimming World. Could make or break what diet I choose if they are too high in syns Can someone tell me how many syns are in pasta n sauce? The ones that you put in the microwave with water and a bit of milk.

Is Pasta 'n' Sauce the same as Super Pasta 'n' Sauce? Is there a difference?
