Picked up a couple of those Batchelors Noodle Deli Boxes in reduced section today. They are like 1% fat so hoping syn free or pretty low in syns. I got a BBQ and curry one.

So can anyone tell me how many syns are in batchelors deli box noodles?

I haven't seen these in a while. Thought they'd stopped making them. I went through a period of eating one every day for lunch at work

The chow mein one is my fav. I'm sure they used to do a tomato one too, but may be getting them confused with the batchelors pot shots.

Oh they do Pasta Deli Boxes too? Not seen them, the shop next to work is only small so only had a limited range. Will have to look out for them next time I'm doing my weekly shop
