I usually have a bmt. guessing the lettuce and salad is syn free so would be roll and meat?

althoug starting to think having something with chicken is probably better so i just count the bread.

6" BMT on italian is 21.5 Syns Just had to double check on the SW website. Didn't think it would be that much :/
