My other-half brought back fish and chips tonight. I think he thought he was doing me a favor not having to sort dinner. I've looked all over the internet but can't find how many syns are in it. I'm dreading the answer. Just hope it hasn't totally undone my saved syns for this weekend when we are meant to be going to a friends for dinner.

So my question is; How many syns in fish and chips?

It wasn't a large portion. In fact I didn't eat all my chips and was a pretty small fish.

Thanks

Hi Susan

Do you really want to know the answer?

Fish and Chips from a chip shop (chippy chips):

Regular Chips (227g): 17½ Syns
Large Chips (340g): 26 Syns

Battered Fish, Small (120g): 10 Syns
Battered Fish, Average (180g): 15 Syns
Battered Fish, Large (225g): 19 Syns

From what you describe I would guess about 20 Syns
