Can we share our naughty and nice pudding ideas here? I've developed a mega sweet tooth so am always looking for ideas
Tonight I discovered 'magic pancakes'
35g of porridge oats
1 mullerlight yog (any flavour)
3 tablespoons of powdered sweetener
Mix and leave overnight, next day add 2 beaten eggs then heat a frying pan with fry light and cook like a normal pancake.

If you're using the oats as your healthy extra B then these are freeeeeee on Extra Easy
If not then 6 syns for them.

Really lovely with some fresh berries and a bit more yoghurt poured over.

Ive heard of them, were they nice? Might give them a try when ive got some supplies!

Im not one for making desserts, tho i should, it would help with the end of week cravings that usually blow that weeks weight loss!

I'll keep my eye on this thread! x

Oh they really are nice *happydance*
I like using the fruit mullerlight but made one with vanilla last night and it was just like a proper pancake-just put a bit of canderel and lemon on.

For proper sweet overload I love mini meringues (1 syn) crushed up over berries with vanilla muller over.

Another one I like is the cherry bakewell hifi. ( or use 2 alpen light bars) as your HE B choice chopped up with a hot custard pot (5 syns) feels like you've actually had pudding then.

Not tried this yet but apparently if you mix options hot choc with a muller the dot onto grease prof paper or something and pop in the freezer it makes amazing 'chocolate' drops

Do it do it do it
Honestly they're really fabulous. I've made them every night but I get loads of extra healthy extras at the moment cos feeding so not missing out on bread etc to have them.
