Was mentioned here: Big Mac in a Bowl.

Ingredients and directions below

500g extra lean mince
1 large onion (diced)
4 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
8 Gherkins (sliced)
Iceberg Lettuce (chopped)
8 slices Dairylea light slices
Salt and Pepper

Put the mince and onion in a pan and fry (medium heat) until the mince is brown and the onions are soft, season to taste.

Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise to make a burger/thousand island sauce.

Layer up the dish with shredded lettuce and minced beef mixture. Drizzle on some of the burger sauce and sprinkle on the gherkins and top with cheese.

If you use ketchup with the extra light mayonnaise and Dairylea as a healthy extra it's only 2 syns per portion

Wee
Is it not less syns to use a kraft fat free thousand island dressing?

Avocado
I think I've seen others use the fat free thousand island dressing before. I like that one too. Just think, if you make it yourself, you won't be getting pink slime in your burger! Hmm mmm!

Good point
Took me a while to find it but apparently it's 1/2 a syn for a table spoon of Kraft Light (fat free) Thousand Island Dressing on all plans. Saves you 1.5 syns

Thank you for posting the recipe. It looks like it would be very simple to make. I like simplicity. I am lazy. (; Sad, I know.

I have been back to look at this recipe several times and I finally made something similar to it last night for dinner. It was good. I did miss the bread, but that's something I am still trying to get used to. I skipped the cheese because I didn't have any on hand and I added just a tiny bit of mustard to the sauce. I'll be making this again.
