Hi everyone.

Sorry, been about for a while. Been a bit of hussy and tried another site, but wasn't as good as here so I'm back (if you'll let me)

I signed up to slimming world about 2 months ago and doing pretty well. Only problem is I'm running out of food ideas. I like trying out stuff in the kitchen but bored trawling the internet for meal ideas.

A few of my favorites:
Snack: Spicy Oven-Roasted Chickpeas, Carrots, Cucumber.
Lunch: Pasta Pot Shot, Beans on toast, Egg and SW chips.
Dinner: Quorn chili / bolognese, Golden vegetable savory rice with steamed vegetables.

Can anyone help me with their favs or recommendations? Lunch, dinner or snacks, anything?

Sometimes I go to a local Indian restaurant and buy some food for keeping in the fridge and heating up for lunches or dinners. The dishes are inexpensive and filling. Watch out for buttery sauces, though. My favorites are yellow dal with rice, tandoori chicken, and rice biryani with cashews.
