Heres my day:
B- Weetabix with skimmed milk
L - Melon and grapes and apple pack ...then later 5 crackerbreads (5 syns) and cottage cheese.
Tiny slice of cripsy cake, and 2 bites of hubbys peanut brittle bar - not sure of syn value, but dont think it will be over 10 for the both.
T- Fish, new potatoes, sweetcorn and green beans.
S- apple.
So not a bad day, but must stop nibbling of stuff i shouldnt!!
Lots of green tea, water and 15minutes on my exercise bike which burnt 380cals.
