Have had fab results on the plan before and trying to stay motivated this time.

How are we all diddling today? Being good in the hot weather? I've had weetabix and berries, a huge bowl of pasta with a tin of tomatoes chucked over and mullerlight with fruit so far *halo polish*
Having a barbie at my mums later so going to make more pasta to take so I'll keep my grubby little mitts away from the bread! Proper downfall for me
Local butcher does syn free sausages too the little star.
