Hi, I’m sat here having a little omg moment. I know sw inside out, many many years lol.
For my bread I used to keep a 400g loaf in freezer and use 2 not often.
This time round I’ve been buying Rathnones medium 800g wholemeal to freeze and eating one slice, as I thought that was the allowance.
But I’ve just weighed 1 slice and it’s 30g , I can’t get my brain around that I can have 2 slices medium 800g bread for HE B? I’m programmed to think small 🤪
I am correct? ☺️
