Hi new here today

I have forgotten how long I have been on a diet supposedly so last night I took myself off to SW for the first time in 5 years. I now have 5 stone to lose which is the figure I have chosen.

This being the first day I started off enthusiastic and raring to go but I think this lunch time I really didnt eat enough (Tesco Healthy Living Meal). What do you all have at work to graze on? Need to stop this hunger or I know it will be biscuits and scones.

Are you having lunch at work? Do you have access to the basic kitchen facilities, microwave, kettle, fridge etc? (I assume yes if you’ve had a Tesco meal - I guess you know they’re not syn free, although lower syns than most microwave meals)

Protein is a great thing to keep handy, or at least load up your meals with protein based foods. They are key to keeping you feeling full. Some people choose things like him or chicken to snack on (the package stuff for sandwiches is syn free from most places) or boiled eggs, syn free quiche.
Fruit or veggies are good to have handy. Although not quite as filling, most are speed foods which help speed up your losses.
