I've never been to Slimming World, however I was wanting to learn more, so I watched a video on YouTube about it, and this lady claimed that Slimming World allowed unlimited bacon on it.

This just seems extremely unlikely to me. Is it true? I'd find it difficult to believe.

It's 100% true. The majority of meat is allowed on slimming world. It is classed as a free food providing that all fat is removed.
Most people use the bacon medallions as these rarely have any fat on them at all.

This is why sausages aren't usually a free food and have a syn value (points). Each person has a syn limit each day.
