Felt like a little snack this afternoon.
Normally I have a piece of fruit. Wanted to shake things up a bit and vary what I eat otherwise it gets boring.
But...I sliced a medium potatoe into thin slices and popped them into a little round microwave rack with a section for each slice.
Cooked on high for about 8 to 10 minutes until they were crisp.
It was so delicious and crispy. Added some paprika and garlic seasoning.
