I've got my WI on Monday and it's going to be a miracle if I loose..... I live abroad and my husband works away. He came home on Monday and I have done nothing but stuff my face and drank my body weight in wine. I've been to the gym every day but I don't think it's going to help this time lol. As anyone else had a bad week so far?

getting 2 good days in before WI won't equate a loss, but it will at least help get you back on track for next week!
I keep thinking I've had a good week this week, but then I remember that extra hifi bar, or bag of low syn crisps, or the salad dressing
and then the 2 slices of white toast with butter/margarine I've just eaten
Need to write it all down again!

Like Sarah said draw the line, what's done is done but the gym and good days will help damage control. I had a takeaway on Thursday and have had 4 SP days to try and at best have a maintain
