Anyone else on red and green days?

I followed sw many years ago , losing an amazing amount of weight but I, m ashamed to say piled it all back on and more
So I, m back , but I, m finding the new books confusing as I still have red and green in my head , can,t get used to eating meat with rice for example .
I,ve lost 5lbs in my first 2 weeks , so should I stick to red and green or try to embrace the new books?

Anyone else 'old ' like me?

There are many of us who have been/are in the same position as you, I'm one of them!

Personally, I couldn't get my head round the red & green days at first, but I can understand why you can't quite get to rips with the extra easy plan if you are so used to separating meat from rice

I would say that you should stick with what works bets for you. If you are happy with the 'old' ways, stick with it. However if you want to try the new plan, there are lots of us here for advice if you need it

Everyone is different and it took me about a month realistically until I fully got the plan right. Do what works most importantly and you will get it soon enough I left it even longer before I attempted an SP Day probably 3 or 4 months.
