I followed sw many years ago , losing an amazing amount of weight but I, m ashamed to say piled it all back on and more
So I, m back , but I, m finding the new books confusing as I still have red and green in my head , can,t get used to eating meat with rice for example .
I,ve lost 5lbs in my first 2 weeks , so should I stick to red and green or try to embrace the new books?
Anyone else 'old ' like me?
