I have made the slow cooker bbq pulled pork it is bubbling away in my kitchen and smells divine!!!

I am going to serve (mine anyway) on a baked potato, my DH and DD will probably have bread, what veg can I serve with it? any suggestions gratefully received!

I would probably go for carrots, green beans and maybe some sugar snap peas?
You could always make a coleslaw? Grated carrot, shredded sweetheart cabbage, tiny bit of red onion chopped very small, and mix with a little mayo. Just enough to cover the veg.

I've never understood what "pulled pork" is.

I assume it comes from the leg?

Usually a shoulder joint. But it gets cooked for so long that it basically just falls apart [emoji4]
