Drink lots of water. That's usually what helps with me when I'm feeling like that.
Because you increase your fibre intake, you need to make sure you're drinking enough water too

Or that's one reason it could be happening anyway!

Being diabetic my eyes are drawn to anything with "sugar free" on the label.

On this particular occasion I was taking my "man toy" to have some work done on it at a garage the other side of Cambridge. Towing a car on a trailer isn't fun so to make the journey bearable I bought a tube of sugar free lemon drops.
Every mile or so I popped one in my mouth and by the time I'd reached the M11 they were all gone.
I have since read the label on these delicious little devils and it says, quote,
"Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects."
Excessive consumption means the whole packet. DON'T ASK HOW I KNOW.

They come in loads of makes and flavours. Halls do a menthaliptus and another are just like Tunes, as well as the fruity types. Just go steady on quantities.

Everyone started going nuts over those Fruitella Fruit Foams that have just come out--I think they're 2 for half a syn?

Then everyone started complaining that excessive consumption DOES INDEED cause laxative effects. Not that I'm recommending this method, but... *giggle*

Holland and Barratt have a product called Slimatee. It's a herbal tea that you have in the evening and it should loosen you up the next morning.

I used to have one a day (for the recommended time) and then stopped a couple of years ago. I had one recently and, my god... All I'll say is, I very nearly had an unfortunate accident at work the next day.

I would recommend, but use with caution!
