Hello. Not sure if this is allowed but can anyone give me their username and password so I can log on to check sun values. I don't want to pay £60 for 3 months as I only want to check a few things so I know what to buy for my next couple of months. I'm willing to chuck someone some money to use log in if they like but £60 for 3 months just seems extreme

Tesco Bircher Muesli Base 750G this is a hex b choice.

I use it and just soak it overnight with yogurt and fruit

I can't see a Tesco version of that on the SW app dirtydancing... and none of them are showing as a B choice.

If I'm allow3: 40g muesli for heb. If I have 25g for breakfast with fruit can I then have 15g as a snack later to complete the heb in the day or do I have to have the whole 40g to make it a heb

You don't have to have the full 40g all at once, you can spilt it across the day if you like
A lot of people do that with their Milk allowance as they use it in tea/coffee.

I was recently informed that you also don't have to use the entire allowance if you don't want to. Personally I find I lose better if I use my 30g cheese and 2 hifi bars every day (I don't have anything other than the SW hifi bars as my B choice, and I don't like milk lol)
But if you don't use all of your Milk, don't feel like you have to force yourself to drink the rest before the end of the day, same with the cereal.
Does that make sense? Or just confuse you?
